The farm is located at 159 Lombard Road in American Canyon, California. It is situated on 4.5 acres of prime commercial real estate at the “Gateway to Napa Valley”, on a frontage road.
There is a well and a series of organic gardens (the lot is completely self-sufficient for its water needs) and the property is also home to chickens and ducks and other farm and wildlife. When Helene Marshall was alive one of her “pet projects” was to volunteer and donate time and money to spay and neuter cats, so there is nice population of legacy cats on the property as well… not exactly “tame” but not exactly wild either!

This parcel of land would be an excellent location for a expanded visitor center for almost any kind of agri-business (winery, honey business, orchards, etc.), especially one closely tied to Napa’s prime tourism industries. We currently have a modest visitor center and store as well as other buildings crucial to the business of extracting and bottling the honey.
There is a residential structure on the property as well. This structure used to be the town library for the town of American Canyon, California until it was moved to the property at some point (over 65 years ago.) It is now a 3 bedroom 2 bath house that we use both as an office space and for visitors and guests to the farm (as well as a central location and kitchen for hosting the many garden parties we have had at the farm over the years!)
The land is being sold separately from the business and the brand, although we would be happy to sell them together as a package as the location truly is ideal and central for distributing our hives around the Bay Area for the micro-climate honey cultivation that we are famous for!
